Goods can be returned free of charge by using the returns label / instructions contained within your parcel. Returns will be accepted up to 90 days after receipts.

All of our garments are checked prior to despatch but should still be checked before use, as we do not accept worn clothing back, unless a fault has quickly revealed itself after initial wear. In such isolated cases the garments need to be washed before return. Tights in particular will not be accepted back for any reason unless unworn.

Returned goods which are not faulty must be in their original unmarked packaging, and must be returned within 90 days of receipt. Any necessary re-packing will be charged at £2.50 + VAT per item. Please mark faults with sticky tape to identify the problem. A receipt of postage should be obtained for all returned items. Credit notes are issued on receipt of returned goods and your account is automatically credited. Refunds to credit/debit cards will not be done automatically.

For reasons of hygiene we are unable to exchange or credit hats, wigs, underwear or non-clip earrings even if returned unworn. CD’s, DVD’s and fabrics are also non-returnable.

Items purchased from our CLEARANCE or SALE are non-returnable unless faulty at time of delivery. You must notify us within 7 days of any faulty goods.

Please be aware that returned items may take up to 28 days to be processed.
